I had a similar problem using the Adobe Reader and Jaws 6.0. All the Adobe
checkbox boxes were checked correctly, the document was on the screen but Jaws
6.0 simply would not read it. Just about this time, I installed Jaws 6.1.1006,
(I believe .1006 are the correct last 4 digits) and now Adobe Reader works
great
for me. so, try installing the latest Jaws 6.1 and hope that works for you like
it did for me.
