Same here, although I tend to make up my own words because I never memorized 
that list. But whatever works, as they say.

Well, in a sense I was correct, since the alphabet, while being the most
common one, is only used in certain specialized circles, unfortunately.
Only reason I know it is because I memorized it years ago when I was reading
about amateur radio, but I do find it's rather useful when clearing up how
to spell something over the telephone or making sure something is spelled
correctly when I'm not sure of what was said.  Mark
