Well, actually jaws key + S (or insert V for verbosity options, screen echo)
is the toggle for screen echo. I mean in a way I guess you could say that
affects what a say all might say, smile. But it isn't really to toggle the
say all, it technically is to toggle the screen echo.

I believe that Say All is a mode toggled with JAWS-S which cycles through
say none, say highlighted and say all.

JAWS-B, in my installation gives a list of the controls in their tab order
in a dialog box.

JAWS-uparrow is the say line command. You may have been thinking of the
JAWS-downarrow which reads from the current location to the bottom of the
window or the bottom of the document depending on which cursor is active. In
any case, none of the stated keystrokes given are correct.

Now it is very nice for people to offer help and assistance, many times I
have asked for and received assistance, occasionally someone complains about
the sort of questions asked but the real traffic jam here is distinctly
incorrect or inaccurate information. I don't remember which road it is said
to be paved with good intentions, it appears though, to be a well traveled
one.

These remarks are not directed to any particular individual, not a flame or
anything like that, it just happens that I have responded to this particular
message. I would however ask that people withhold their kindness in favour
of actual help and assistance.
