I am not employable.

system do you have? You said Open book came with it,did you get a complete
package from whoever you bought from, one can do that, example have an
assessment and a salesman will visit, and then if my experience is anything
to go  by you get a quote for the lot a computer scanner ssoftewear and
monitor all set up I got 2 quotes my first purchase one from sole vendor in
Uk other from a well known charity,  quotes arrived for about £3,500 all
ready to plug in one cost more due to it having a better Ocr, I would only
do that as a raw beginner however,hope you can tell us a bit more Dorothy

Thanks, I did get the update, but did run the repair.

Usually, I have no problem with the Update from within Jaws.

I suppose the fact that there are so many variables with each person's own

computer system that it isn't as easy to get everything flowing as
smoothly as we would all wish.
