Crystal, I'm guessing you tried to download via the JAWS update feature in
help. This has been a problem for JAWS users, including me, but not
consistently. The solution is pretty simple. Ignore the repair language and,
instead, go to the FS website and download the update from there. It should
go smoothly, and no repair will be necessary.

Hi, I tried installing the latest patch to Jaws 11, but get an error message
telling me it can't install.
The error message says to do a Jaws repair.
I tried finding repair in the Help topics to point me in the right
direction, but could not find it there.
Where do I find it?
