Go to the sceem dialog box with "alt + insert + s".
Select "clasic (atributes)

Hi All,
If I'm reading a document in MSWord that has bolded words in it is there any
way to do something so that Jaws will notify me when it comes across a
bolded word?
I'm asking this because I just went to work yesterday for a medical
transcription company that when they give corrections on the reports the
corrected portion is in bold type.
