Jaws quit on Web Site

Hello all,
Using Jaws 8.
Went into the JFW-lite website and went to the programs link, then went to
the AVG link for their web site and clicked on it and Jaws quit.
Shut down computer and restarted it and replayed the whole situation and
again, Jaws shut off.
Any thoughts on why?
