Hi,

Don't know for sure but your new folder could still be under the inbox. Try deleting it again.
Go to your folders list and arrow down to the inbox and left arrow on it. jfw should say that inbox is closed.
In fact you should go up to local folders and start from there and arrow down to each folder that says open and left arrow to close all folders. That way you will know that when you create your new folder it will be in the main list.

Subject: Jaws now says inbox open in folders list view

Hi All,
I inadvertently created a new folder in OE as a subfolder of the inbox. I
have now deleted that folder though and recreated it so that it is in the
list with the rest of my folders but Jaws still tells me inbox open. How
can I fix that to where it only says inbox when I arrow to it?

Thanks.
Troy
