Hi listers, I'm using Jaws 10 on a Windows Xp pro machine. I'm also using Outlook 2003. I've noticed this for a while and don't know if it's normal or not. It seems like when I click on a link that is in an e-mail message Jaws doesn't say anything. Whether I press enter or route my Jaws cursor to the pc cursor this very thing happens. Sometime you wonder if Jaws is even working. I've tried alt tabbing out of wherever I am and alt tab back to where I was but Jaws still doesn't say anything. I've actually unloaded Jaws to see if things would work better and it takes so long for him to say anything. Eventually Jaws does say something but this is after I lose my patience with him. What is causing this to happen? Has anyone else experienced this very thing? I'm also going to get Avast for my computer this summer because my Norton subscription will be up by then. It actually ends next month. Any help would be much sometime appreciative. I really need some help before I go insane. Carmen Santiago
