Jaws not reading list, edit box, tab titles and jaws cursor information

Hi all,
I recently switched computers and am currently running jaws 10 on Win
XP. For some reason, the program doesn't list any info when I use the
jaws cursor and won't read any list view, edit box or tab titles.
Any idea what might be going on and how to fix it? Thanks!
