Windows Insert F4 not only clears JAWS from Emory, it also creates a dump
file that only Freedom Scientific Technical Support can decipher. They use
this file to attempt to diagnose what caused JAWS to crash, for example.
Hope this helps.

  Subject: Jaws memory dump:

What is the difference between merely shutting down Jaws and using the
incert, windows, f4 key stroke, to, I suppose, clear Jaws from memory
completely. Is there an advantage to pressing windows incert f4. When is
it best to use this key stroke.
