Windows Insert F4 not only clears JAWS from Emory, it also creates a dump file that only Freedom Scientific Technical Support can decipher. They use this file to attempt to diagnose what caused JAWS to crash, for example. Is there an advantage to pressing windows incert f4. When is it best to use this key stroke. "I'll be your friend with pleasure"
