Jaws losing focus, not reading everything.

Greetings:
I'm on a computer network at work, and am having trouble withJAWS. We're using
Office 10 and Windows 7 with Jaws 11. Very often Jaws loses focus, will not
read everything on the screen and exhibits clumsy navigation.
If others are experiencing similar issues with these programs, please advise me
of any work-arounds or settings that need to be changed.
