actually, it performs a similar function in ie with the v cursor turned on.
If You look in the config manager html options on the first tab, you will
see an editable number called lines per page. It is 24 by default and tells
the page down and up key how many lines to jump when pressed.

Oh and that works assuming you don't have the virtual cursor turned on or
you aren't using IE.
