The key combination places the contents of the current window into the
virtual buffer, which then allows you to move around through the text
using your standard arrow keys and to select and copy the text. Offhand I
don't know where info would be found in the help file, though I'm
confident it's well-documented there. Try looking under virtual buffer.

Bruce, what is this key combination and in what kinds of stations is it used? If there is extensive information about it or other related things, in what section of Jaws help can discussion about this be found?
Thank you.

If you're able to hear the error report, I would suggest virtualizing the error report window with JAWS key+congtrol+w, selecting the text, and then just pasting it into the message.
