As I've heard, you can start ghost 2003 restoration from windows, but it must
be running. Then the PC will restart and do it's job. I don't use it and didn't
try, but this is what somepeople told me.

Yes, ghost is inaccessible when you are doing restoration, except if you use
dos screen reader and hardware synthesizer.
Making restore with image for windows is also inaccessible, but this process
is very simple and every blind person can remember and do that several steps.
