MCTwit is an application with a lot of functionality that, some of them, Qwitter doesn't have. However, you have to switch to the MCTwit window to read tweets. in the case of Qwitter, it's very much simular to Jawter; you can just read the tweets wherever you are in your Windows, as long as you have a supported screen reader (Jaws, Window Eyes, and etc, including just SAPI). The client is still being worked upon, so I'm guessing it could get to where MCTwit is in terms of things you can do. For now, MCTwit is the best client after Qwitter, in my opinion, in terms of ease of use. In terms of the things you can do, MCTwit is better, but it doesn't have many people using it because of it's almost-steep learning curve.
