You seem to be assuming that he is using Windows 98 or lower.  Not a valid
assumption these days.

Hello I think you can hit the escape key twice and it will log in and then
you should be able to use windows key plus the letter m to bring up the
desk
top and then just hit the letter j for jaws. You should then be able to
hit
enter and have jaws come up. Make sure you go back into jaws and check
run
jaws first.
