Hi,
There are also more synthesizers that you can use with Rockbox such as
Eloquence.

Hi there,
In technical terms, Rockbox is essentially a firmware with its own speech
(usually AT&T voices) on top of it. This firmware is used with media players
like iRiver H340 to give blind users access to these players via speech. So,
to your question, no, JAWS will not work. They are separate entities: JAWS
is a screen reader for Windows as opposed to Rockbox, which is a firmware
with speech synthesis for portable media players and alike.
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi: Is anyone familiar with rockbox and it's voice access? Must it be used
with jaws, or does it speak separately? John Fioravanti
