No, there is no normal.dot for excel.
It should be possible to make a new normal.dot from another word fille.
Just get a blank word oc, rename it as nnormal.dot and paste it into
the location ofthe original normal.dot.

However, word should still work, even without a normal.dot.
There may be more to your problem.
Rather than reinstalling, assuggested by  a previous gentle-man, I
suggest you use the repair feature. This can be accessed from within
controll panel - simplly go to add and remove programmes and then
office and you'll find it there.
