I recently had a similar problem in Outlook 2003. Somehow the window had become very small even though it still said it was maximized. JAWS tech support connected via tandem and saw and fixed the window with the mouse. So far it is holding. Hi listers, I'm using Jaws 10 with Windows Xp. I wrote a message yesterday stating that I was having problems reading the different fields that you would find in an e-mail message. I still haven't resolved the problem but I noticed that I ran into another problem. I'm trying to access a link that is in an e-zine message. I tried routing my Jaws cursor to the pc cursor and press the left mouse button twice quickly. When I do this I don't see the url that I wish to select, in fact I see things that have nothing to do with what I would like to select. Furthermore, I still haven't figured out why I only see so much information on a single line. If I try to use my up and down arrow keys to read the line, I only see one or two words. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this because I'm quite confused by all of this. I would like to know if I press something accidently to have all this not work properly. I didn't mention that my e-mail format is plain text. Could someone please tell me what I might have done wrong here. I am up for any suggestions at this point. Carmen Santiago
