It is not possible to do what you want to do with the simplistic Windows
Clipboard.  You need to install and learn FileDir.

With that program, you can select files effortlessly from multiple folders,
then copy or paste them elsewhere.  You can do a wholelot of other powerful
and useful file management stuff as well.  I've done a Sound Computing
Article on the program; that series of articles is available for $9.  A free
version, less complete and of lower audio quality, is available through the
archives at accessibleworld.org.
