Jaws Weird problem

Hi.
i borrow a laptop from my college with jaws 6.10.
some one has messed around with the settings, and i have done a
repair, but if i use the insert key, and have the keyboard set to
laptop, instead of saying jaws window, it comes up in a list view of
applications, and i have to hit j for jaws, then the context popup
application menu key comes up.
how to i set it back so that when i do a insert t it does not say
title = jaws, but just blank or some thing else.
do i need to do some thing say maybe in windows explorer, to get the
setting back, or do i use the modify, instead of repair.
can any one help, and have they had this problem on a windows xp machine.
and it is a del machine i am using.
