Jaws Table Reading Commands

Hello to the list.
When in a Microsoft Word table, there seem to be some jaws table reading
commands that do not function.
I have tried in both Jaws version 6 and version 7.
Read table column ALT+INSERT+C
Say column title ALT+INSERT+SHIFT+C
Read Table Row ALT+INSERT+R
Say row title ALT+INSERT+SHIFT+R
These are listed in the Jaws Help topic for Word, but I cannot seem to get
them to work.
Any suggestions?
