hi, first thing I would do is check to see what new programs have been
installed that might be causing a problem. an example is I had a client
whose family decided to install the sbc internet protection sweet.
after they did this jaws would stop speaking it turned out to be a
problem where with jaws loaded this program stopped responding. second
thing I would do is make sure her sound drivers have not changed. up
dated my own system here and once I did this I got some strange things
going on with my c media sound card. hth

Subject: Jaws Problem

Hi everyone. I'm sending this e-mail on behalf of a friend. She has Jaws
5.0 on her computer. She'll have a program open and be working away and
all of a sudden, Jaws cuts out on her. I had her repair Jaws and after
that, it worked for awhile. But now it's acting up again. If anyone has
any suggestions as to what she can do to fix this problem, I would
appreciate it.
