Wondered if anyone can help--assist with the proper procedures on how to
active and or install the ILM for Jaws? Do you need to remove the quela
authorization key for the installation and activation to work as didn't
noticed anything being installed when inserted the ILM cd. So would
appreciate some help--assistance if possible.

You need to click on the AVG Virus Vault which is found in the "program menu
of AVG. That's where viruses which cannot be healed or removed are put.
From that point, the virus is rendered harmless and cannot effect your
system; and, from this point, you can delete it.
