Jaws And ITunes

Hi all. I am using the latest update in Jaws 11 and the latest version of
ITunes. However, I'm finding that Jaws is very sluggish with ITunes. When I
tab or shift tab, or when I use my arrow keys, it takes Jaws a long time to
respond. Is there something I can do to fix this situation.
