You can pick a different "say-all" voice for each app from Configuration
Manager, but you may have to lock it in with the main JFW menu.  This
latter step is not supposed to be necessary, but I find it is.

As for changing RealSpeak voices on the fly, or according to context,
Chris is right.

hi. i don't think what you want to do is possible, at least not to my 
knowledge.  So far I've only been able to figure out how to choose  a 
specific SAPI voice for all programs you use with JAWS.
