To get to the list of folders from the inbox is: shift + tab (true for vise
versa). Or, control + 1 is a keyboard command to get to inbox.

Well, I'll try to explain what my problem is with outlook.
It is mostly a usability issue I think. It is difficult to know how to move
around in it. I am not used to the interface so it is difficult to find the
list of mail folders, list of emails, etc. I have been able to do so but
with much fumbling around and mishap.
I am using outlook 2003. It came with my copy of Office 2003.
