Hi like with most windows program use the menu system. As for changing
folders I do not understand why you would have a problem doing this to
change folders in outlook express you would press control y select the
folder you want and press enter. To change folders in outlook you would
press control y select the folder you want and press enter. Sounds the same
to me.

Well, I'll try to explain what my problem is with outlook.
It is mostly a usability issue I think. It is difficult to know how to move
around in it. I am not used to the interface so it is difficult to find the
list of mail folders, list of emails, etc. I have been able to do so but
with much fumbling around and mishap.
I am using outlook 2003. It came with my copy of Office 2003.
