Mind explaining what your problem is in graiter detail? Outlook and jaws
should be working together out of the box with no problem what so ever.
There are changes you might wish to make for ease of use but without knowing
what your problem is it is hard to reckamend anything.

Ok, I started to switch from O E to Outlook. I may not now.
Is there some way to configure Outlook or Jaws so they are easy to use
together? It isn't very fun the way it is now.
