Yes, responsiveness is a definite plus. Unfortunately that just means I know a couple seconds sooner when JFW won't play nice with a program. LOL

On a slightly positive note, my eliquence synth seems to have less popping in the sound on 7.1 than it has on 7.0. Not sure why but its nice.

Also the responsivness seems better too.

Using a creative labs audigy 2.
