Matthew- I can't reproduce your problem in OE with JAWS 7. The spin
boxes work correctly by just arrowing up an ddown.

Hi Matthew,

I'm not sure, but it seems to me that in the OE options example you
give
here, and also in, let's see, an element in the Word format paragraph
screen, and a couple of other places I can't remember right now, these
spin
boxes have an edit box where, if you want, you can just enter a number,
so
that you don't have to use the arrow keys. Am I remembering wrong?

Subject: Jaws 7 trouble with spin boxes

Hello, I have to switch back to Jaws 6 to move the value in spin boxes.
I
found this trouble in WinLame, the mp3 encoder. It would not move the
bitrate selector. Since you might not happen to use WinLame, I found a
situation where you would find the problem I'm having. If you'll open
up
Outlook Express, go to the tools menu, hit O for options, go over to
check
messages every check box, then check the box, and a spin box will be
right
next to it. I already had mine set for every ten minutes. In Jaws 6,
you can
move this up and down with the arrow keys. In Jaws 7 though, the value
just
keeps repeating whatever number it was already on, and will not
actually
move. I can't double click on it, nor can I access it with the cursor.
Thanks a lot for any help on this.
Matthew
