Well, essentially yes. What happens is that the instalation program does a
check and it says that you're running version so and so of windows and all
you need to do is authorize. i'm still not quite sure about us dongle users
though. In the what's new it says that the installer performs a check for a
dongle and if it is it will install the necessary software. I would love
to be able to get rid of the dongle and just authorize over the net.
