You can sure say that again.  The brail REALLY sucks on that label!!!  I 
finally figured out that the numbers were in the lower part of the cell and 
the letters were at the top.  Now we really see where they cut corners.  If 
the authorization CD gets all scratched or even breaks, (yes it can happen) 
and the Braille label gets all rubbed out on the sleeve, well, what is one 
to do then?  Call FS and wait perhaps a few days at best to get going again? 
Not a good idea if one works in a work environment where time is of the 
essence.

Oh, and Rick was right.  That same number is on your ILM CD, so you probably
won't need it when you install Jaws 6.0.  But, it's nice to have a copy you
can read handy.
