tom, I think this is a different issue.  The pane that is coming up in the 
Office 2003 XP Thesaurus is more like the information pane (really a split 
screen) that we have had to deal with for years with windowshelp, word help 
and jaws help  etc.  go into jaws help and you will see this same lay out 
when you try and access the information about a help topic.
