No!

When you put /default at the end of the JAWS6 command, JAWS loads the settings 
from the All Users directory on your harddrive.  The 
next time you start JAWS, your settings should be as you left them before 
loading in the defaults.

Ok K.,  when one has loaded the default settings, then the changes are
undoneo r gone from then one or is this a toggle situation?
