Hi All,
Yep, I have the same problem with both the 2003 and 2004 versions of Norton
Anti Virus. But, as I believe Gary said, one can get to the live update
with the Jaws cursor. Or, one can get to it through the start
menu/programs/Norton Anti Virus 2003 or 2004 sub menu route.

I'm the one on the list who discovered this. I think, If I'd realized this,
I would've stayed with 5.0. Does anyone know of a work around to get to
"Live Update?
