Hi, you need to upgrade to either jaws 5.0.844, or jaws 5.1. If you are
using jaws with the build of 5.0.621 that is why jaws will not work with msn
6.2. So you can download the jaws 5.0.844 or the jaws 5.1 from the fs
website.
