Jaws 5 & Adobe Reader 6

Hi,
Is there a way to get JFW 5 to read continuously using Adobe Reader 6? I
can read page by page by pressing control_page down, and jaws will read the
page, but what I'd like to do is do a Say All, and read from beginning to
end of the document.
