I recommend you go direct to the Freedom Scientific web site and download the
update file (~93Mb). That method has always worked for me, and the automatic
update has almost always failed.

I have been trying to update my Jaws version 12 but have not been able to. I

I am not even able to uninstall version 12.
Does anyone know what I can do so that I can update to the latest beta
version of Jaws 12?
