Hi Crystal,
Go to http://www.freedomscientific.com/downloads/jaws/jaws-downloads.asp
and download it from there. Just install over the top of your existing
Jaws. The installer will know you already have Jaws and update the parts
necessary. The main advantage to doing this is if you ever need to
reinstall you can just do it from the download rather than using the CD
first then updating.

Hi,
I can not get the update to Jaws 11 to download from the "check for
updates" method.
I've tried four times, and the download seems to hang.
Have others experienced this?
