Jaws 11: no window is active?!

Hi all,
I installed Jaws 11 yesterday, and that was working ok. But now, any window
that is active, when I use the arrow keys, Jaws keeps saying 'no window is
active, press windows key + m to go to the desktop. Alt tab, windows + d,
windows + m, etc are not resolving the issue. I even restarted the system a few
times, but the problem persists. Any idea?
