Jaws 10.0.1154 and IE 7

Hi.  I am having a problem using JAWS 10.0.1154.  When I use IE 8, I often 
can't use my arrow keys to navigate off of a link, and when I use the tab key, 
I get a home split button, and other buttons instead of the links on the page.

Is there any way I can solve this problem?  Is it a problem with JAWS, or with 
IE 7?
