So I read. Nice to know you got at least half your problem sorted out,
anyway.

James,

I think Gerald Levy is correct that Jaws 10 isn't working with Spyware
Blaster to let you put up the actions menu by pressing control shift h. If
it works for you, I can't think of an explanation. But it's okay with me,
as
long as I can use Jaws 9 to update it now and then.

As for super Anti Spyware, I realize that I just pressed the wrong command
because I was distracted.

Using both JAWS 10 and SAS, I haven't noticed the problems you're seeing.
You might perhaps try reinstalling both spyware applications and see if
that fixes the issue. Alternatively, switch temporarily back to version 9
and see if the problem repeats itself. If yes, it's not a JAWS issue.

I've just installed Jaws 10 and now have two anti-spyware gglitches.

1. When I launch Spyware Blaster, Jaws announces its name but then doesn't
speak the command for opening the commands list that allows you to operate
the program. Dead silence. Useless.
2. Super Anti Spyware behaved strangely when I tried to scan with it.
After
just a couple of seconds, it asked if I really wanted to cancel the scan,
or
words to that effect. If I pressed enter on no, it did the same as when I
pressed Enter on Yes. The scan sopped, said it was complete, and no
further
information was given. Users of this program will know that it doesn't
ordinarily work this way at all. I tried scanning a couple of time, but
the
same thing kept happening.

Now, please, before kindly providing the names of other anti spyware
software to recommend, can someone respond to these questions? Thanks very
much.
