Samara, Press Alt+h to open the help menu. Then arrow until you hear "about" then Enter. You may need to use the JAWS cursor but the version will be in that dialog. I know it's an older version, but I don't know how to find out which one it is. When I type and backspace, all jaws says is "blank". When I try and read the text with the arrow keys, it's the same thing. It's as though I've written nothing. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong? Meanwhile, I'll try and continue to find out what version this is. Are there earlier versions that don't work with jaws 10?
