when there is Lots of Steps to do i find it better if I have the answer in
writing that way I can refer to it while I am Making the corrections to get the
Answer .
It usually takes a Couple of days or so in your email to them just describe the
problem.

So is it better to call them, or email them with an issue your experiencing
in jaws? Sorry, I've never ever had to contact them about anything. However,
this configuration problem I'm currently having will be the first thing I've
not been able to get a solution too.

JAWS 8 did not fix that problem here either. FS could not reproduce that
same problem on two computers I'm using. Have you worked with them on it? I
hope that everyone else who is having those 7.1 and on problems will keep in
contact with them.

Well I have had JFW 8 on the machine for less then ten minutes and it has
already given me the fatal exception error that I have come to know so well
since installing JFW7.1. I moved from Window Eyes to get away from problems
like this. Many of my friends have complained as well regarding the fatal
exception errors with JFW. The only way to get speech back again is to reboot.
This is unacceptable. I would rather have more stability over new features.
Is there a way around this problem?
