Dan,
Try seeing if automatically expand grouped messages is checked in
read under options in the tools menu.
From the message list, hitting the left arrow key should collapse
them and you can delete a thread that way.

Hi all.
How can I get JAWS to indicate to me whether or not messages are
collapsed? I have outlook express set up to group all messages by
conversation, but that doesn't seem to be doing the trick.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
