Cory,
You're referring to "say all" mode. You need to go to the Say all page in your
configuration manager and work there to change the language or to disable it.

I have my JFW language preferences set to "English", and it reads things in
that language until I perform the command so that it will read the entire
thing; then it reads it in a brittish accent. Any suggestions for a remedy to
this issue?
