Sounds like you have Outlook set to create messages using MS-Word as the
editor. Was that your intention? If not you can turn this off in
Tools/Options somewhere.

Hi try turning off your Jaws virtual curse you can do this with the command
Jaws key letter Z. Once you have done this do control home to get to the top
of the message. Type what ever yu are typing to your email, send it. Once
its sent remember to turn back on the jaws virtual curser with the same
keystroke. Other wise jaws won't announce things correctly!
I hope this helps you! I have to do this all the time with windows live mail
2009 I don't know why it does it but I would of thought that FS would of
sorted it by now. Oh well. Its not much of a big deal. Just another
keystroke to remember. LOL
