Go to control panel press windows key,then press s twice to get to 
settings, right arrow to open settings then enter on control panel, now 
down arrow to sounds and audio devices( you can press s three times to get 
there) now enter, this will bring up the volume page tab three times and 
make sure "place icon in the task bar is checked.
Now jaws key plus f11 will bring up a list of programs running in the 
system tray, arrow to volume, enter and change volume settings to suit your 
desires.
